Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostAbroad (the "Service"), a multi-brand social media scheduling and publishing platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostAbroad allows users to plan, schedule, and publish content to third-party social media platforms ("Platforms"), including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Telegram. PostAbroad publishes content on your behalf only to accounts that you or the brand owner have explicitly connected and authorized through each Platform's official authorization flow.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• When you connect a brand or client account, you represent that you are authorized to manage that account and to publish content on its behalf.

3. Connecting Platform accounts

Connections to Platforms are made through each Platform's official API and OAuth authorization. PostAbroad does not ask for or store your Platform passwords. You may revoke PostAbroad's access to any connected account at any time from that Platform's settings or from within PostAbroad.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule through the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with each Platform's terms, community guidelines, and applicable law.
• You may not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or that violates the rules of any connected Platform.
• You may not use the Service to artificially inflate engagement, impersonate others, or circumvent any Platform's technical or policy restrictions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate the rights of others or the policies of any connected Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put connected Platform integrations at risk.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party Platforms and their APIs. Those Platforms are operated by independent companies under their own terms. PostAbroad is not responsible for changes, limitations, downtime, or actions taken by any Platform, including the removal of content or the revocation of access. Your use of each Platform remains subject to that Platform's own terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostAbroad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content publishing, Platform actions, or account access changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
